Meet Dr. Amy Temple
The Professional Side
Dr. Amy Temple was born and raised in the Triad and is proud to call North Carolina home. She began her academic career at North Carolina State University, earning an undergraduate degree in zoology with a minor in genetics.
In 2001, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and started her professional career in Winston-Salem before purchasing her dental practice in Kernersville in 2003.
Dedicated to giving back to her community, Dr. Temple volunteers her time with Footbridge, Baptists on Mission, The Shepherd’s Center, Community Care Clinic, and Give Kids A Smile. She has also participated in several medical and dental mission trips abroad, including to Haiti, Peru, and Africa.
The Personal Side
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Temple is an active member of her church and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her personal interests include cooking, reading, bike riding, and hiking.
